The low voltage electric railway power electric transfer vehicle is 36V low-voltage rail-powered electric transfer cart. It is divided into 36v single-phase power supply and three-phase power supply. The ground control cabinet steps down the single-phase (three-phase) AC 380V to single-phase (three-phase) 36V, transmits it to the cart through the rail, and then boosts the single-phase (three-phase) AC 380V through the electrical box. Provides power to the motor of the flat cart. Since the walking track is also used as a conductor rail, it is required to be insulated between the tracks, between the wheels and the cart body, and special insulation treatment should be done when the track is laid.
Because no cables are needed, it is reliable, not afraid of being hot, not afraid of being smashed, and does not hinder cross-transportation. It is easy to realize remote control and automation, and it is very convenient for the transportation and layout of the factory area. However, the rail construction requirements are relatively high, and the track insulation must be ensured. This kind of electric flat car will not cause electric shock because the track is powered by low voltage, but due to the large current at startup, the voltage drop at the end of the line is large, so when the running distance exceeds a certain running distance, the track should be equipped with a copper bar compensation line. When the running distance is long, the number of transformers is also increased.
