The 20-100 Ton Steel Pipe Motorized Load Railway Transport Cast Iron Rail Truck Cart With V Deck is an electric driven material cast iron rail truck which is running on the rails. It is designed for material handling from one bay to another in the working site. As the cast iron rail trucks are equipped with steel wheels and move on steel rails, and the very low friction between steel and steel, the cast iron rail trucks are suited to very high loading capacities.
The cast iron rail trucks are powered by the cable reels. The cast iron rail truck get power AC 380V through the device of cable reel which is installed at the bottom of the rail truck cart. The motor is controlled by the power through the AC control system. We use this principle to operate the carts, for example, start, stop, go forward and backward and so on.
Metallurgical Motor - Y series metallurgical motor is suitable for frequent starting.
Cable Reel - With a large adjustment range for take-up torque, constant tension after adjustment and stability, good synchronization performance.
