KPX Series 1-150 Ton Metal Ore Factory Arc Steel Plate Curved Rail Motorized Transfer Trolley Car is powered by battery powered. The rail motorized transfer trolley can be used both on the “S” and arc-shaped railways. The KPX series curved rail motorized transfer trolley cars are more safe and flexible and running distance is not limited. It has no strict requirement for the construction of the railway. The battery operated curved rail motorized transfer trolley is suitable to be used in the long distance transportation, and it is a great solution of industry heavy materials handling.

KPX Series curved rail motorized transfer trolley cars are battery powered. The battery are installed in the transfer trolley. The battery supplies electricity to the DC motor through the electrical control system. We use this principle to make the rail motorized transfer trolley start, stop, move forward, move backward, adjust the speed, etc.
The curved rail motorized transfer trolley is applied to transfer steel ladles or steel scrap ladle in steel factory and meturallgy plant. Generally the load capacity is large, can reach to 150 tons. It is commonly applied in steel plant, mechallurgy industry, aluminum factory, plastic pipes factory, etc. to transfer rounded material, from producing line to store.
