Industrial material transport slab deck 40 tons transfer cart for lifting and handling containers can be turned in the order of magnitude. Adding PLC, the program is better, the performance is stronger. The slab deck 40 tons transfer cart was developed to dramatically reduce the material handling requirements of cranes and fork trucks while providing quick, safe and smooth movement of materials and/or products through manufacturing facilities.
Track traverser construction is based on our world renowned transfer cart and provides controlled movement of heavy and oversized loads such as dies, coils and work in progress. Our slab deck transfer cart is available in a number of configurations specifically designed to suit the needs of our customers.
With high safety load factor - the transfer cart adopts box girder structure, the wheel adopts machining, heat treatment, the safety factor of the slab deck transfer cart can reach 1.5.
With high degree of automation - the transfer cars can add PLC device, to achieve automation docking, unmanned operation workshop.
Good assistant for short-distance running - because it is drag chain, the running distance is limited, but in the short-distance and high-frequency use, it is the most cost-effective.
High positioning accuracy - the transfer carts with encoder control, the positioning accuracy can reach 0.3mm.
Wireless remote control and remote operation - the transfer car with wireless remote control, control of multiple transfer carts can be achieved, safe and reliable.
