The foundry metal casting ladle car is an electric operated material transfer car which is powered by battery and running on the rails. Its special is designed for high temperature ladle transport in the steel manufacturing factory.
As the ladle cars are equipped with steel wheels and move on steel rails they are suited to very high loading capacities thanks to the very low friction between steel and steel.The capacity load can up to 500 tons.
The batteries are installed in the electric ladle car. The batteries supply electricity to the DC motor through the electrical control system. We use this principle to operate the ladle transfer car, for example, start, stop, go forward and backward, adjust the speed and so on.
It can get rid of the limitation of cables and remote control, which makes the operation more convenient, safe, which can be applied in long distance rail transit system.

1. Load-Bearing Transport
Load-bearing transport is the most basic and important function of ladle car.
2. Turning
This series of metal casting ladle car have the function of running on S-shaped, C-shaped, curved rails, etc.
3. Lift
The hydraulic lift system can be installed on the ladle car to achieve lifting and other functions
4. Side Flip
The transfer car can realize self-discharging by the hydraulic device
5. Safety Devices
Safety devices can be installed on the transfer car, for example, proximity switches, dead man stop, alarm systems, buffers to achieve the corresponding safety functions.
6. Others
Our company can research and develop the corresponding non-standard ladle car to achieve the required functions according to the customers’ requirements.

3. Automatic stop when detecting obstacle or person, limit switches (to limit travel)
