About the Steel Plant Battery Power Motorized Antiheat Hot Metal Ladle Transfer Car On Track, its special is designed for high temperature ladle transport in the steel manufacturing factory.
The batteries are installed in the ladle transfer car. The batteries supply electricity to the DC motor through the electrical control system. We use this principle to operate the ladle transfer car, for example, start, stop, go forward and backward, adjust the speed and so on.
It can get rid of the limitation of cables and remote control, which makes the operation more convenient, safe, which can be applied in long distance rail transit system.

Cart Frame
The frame is a frame structure welded by two longitudinal beams, several cross beams and bench panels. Under the bench plate, all the steel plates are welded into meshes, so that the force on the frame is uniform. It can also be customized according as per demands.
Rail Wheel
The wheel adopts the crane special wheel, the wheel uses ZG55, the whole quenching, the wheel tread and the wheel rim inner hardness hb320-380, the depth 20mm, after the wheel is assembled, the rotation is flexible.It has the features of high strength and long wearing life.
