About the Heavy Load Explosion Proof Battery Powered Carts Running On Curved Rail is powered by battery, the batteries are installed in the mold transport cart. The batteries supply electricity to the DC motor through the electrical control system. We use this principle to operate the mold transport cart, for example, start, stop, go forward and backward, adjust the speed and so on. It can get rid of the limitation of cables and remote control, which makes the operation more convenient, safe, which can be applied in long distance rail transit system.

It can be equipped with two kinds of operating handles and remote control; the length of the handle is generally 3m or 5m, there are four keys and a joystick, the four keys are: start, emergency stop, forward and backward, the joystick controls the steering of the flat car ,
Move the joystick to the left, the cart to the left, move the rocker to the right, and the cart to the right (the direction of the motor is the direction of going forward). if make the car stop, release the forward or back button or press the stop button, if want to start again, turn emergency stop clockwise, press start. The remote control is a six-button control, including start, stop, go forward, backward, left and right turn, when turning left or right, you must press the corresponding direction key at the same time. When you start again, press the start button directly. Now. What’s more, the operating handle and the remote control cannot control the flat car at the same time (the control box has a switcher with operating handle and remote switch). there are a handle-placed box in the car for convenient placement.
