The High Temperature Proof Metal Smelting Industry Cable Reel Powered Ladle Car is an electric driven material transfer car which is running on the rails.
It is designed for material handling from one bay to another in the working site. As the cable reel powered ladle cars are equipped with steel wheels and move on steel rails, and the very low friction between steel and steel, the ladle cars are suited to very high loading capacities.
The ladle car is the cable reels powered, the transfer vehicle gets power AC 380v through the device of cable reel, and the motor is controlled by the power through AC control system that make the ladle car to start, stop, go forward, backward, adjust the speed and so on.
To avoid damage to the cable, add a cable reel as a retracting/discharging device. Due to the limitation of the cable, it is suitable for a short-distance rail transportation system, but its structure is simple and the price is low. Therefore, it is also a common rail transportation equipment in the workshop.
The power supply can be customized according as your true demands, such as battery powered, low voltage rail powered, busbar powered, etc.

1. First check the appearance of fastening fasteners.
2. Prevent external force from directly contacting the motor and gear reducer body.
3. Observe the bearing, gear rotation is normal or not, the bearing end cover and coupling is installed properly or not.
4. Run 1-2 hours of no-load operation during installation to observe if the motor speed reducer is operating normally.
5. To check whether the oil level inside the box is in place, pay attention to refueling to meet the standards, always grasp the time to change the oil (usually about 400 hours need to replace a new oil). When changing the oil, pay attention to the sequence, change the oil after cutting off the power.
6. When used, must pay attention to the surrounding environment, do a good job of special environmental protection measures (such as high temperature, dust, water).
