1. The track laying of conductor rail powered self propelled trailer should be strict, and the insulation treatment of the track should be carried out.
2. Voltmeter and power meter instructions on ground power cabinet should be normal. Generally, the voltage slightly higher than 36V is normal.
3. To maintain the balance of the center of gravity of the self propelled trailer, it should be placed separately from the middle to both sides. When unloading the goods, the two ends should be unloaded first, and then the middle should be unloaded.
4. The conductive surface of trailer needs to be cleaned and polished regularly, and the insulators such as oil, rust and dust should be cleaned up so as to ensure the normal conductivity of the conductive surface.
