About the slag pot transfer cars, it is an electric operated material transfer car which is powered by low voltage rails and running on the rails. This transfer car is designed to transfer hot ladle with an external temperature up to 350° C: it has a suitable protection for engines and for battery and it is painted with an heat resistant paint.
As the slag pot transfer cars are equipped with steel wheels and move on steel rails they are suited to very high loading capacities thanks to the very low friction between steel and steel. The capacity load can up to 500 tons.
The kinds of slag pot transfer cars powered by low volatage rails. It makes the AC electricity power is transformed into AC 36v two-phase and are respectively connected to the two rails. Then the slag pot transfer cars conduct the AC 36v on rail into the electrical appliance box at the bottom of the transfer cars. And then the AC 36v is transformed into DC 36v to control the DC motor. Use this principle to make the slage pot transfer cars start, stop, go forward and backward, adjust the speed and so on.

This series slag pot transfer cars can be widely applied in many fields, such as automobile, steel factory, heavy industry, light industry, machinery, petroleum, metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, engineering, aerospace, coal, nuclear energy, shipyard, water conservancy, etc.
For length is less than 6m, the width is less than 2.2m. Slag pot transfer car will be transported by 20ft container. If the length is longer than 5.9m and less than 12m, it will be transported by 40ft container. If the quantity is 2 sets or 3 sets, they can be transported by full container. If the quantity is 1 set, it can be transported by LCL container.
If the length is less than 12m, the width is beyond 2.2m. Transfer car needs to be transported by flat rack (20 or 40 ft) . If the equipment is beyond above dimension, and quantity need to consider bulk cargo.
