The kinds of Electric Driven Railway Guided Industrial Transfer Cars, which is powered by conductor rail. It makes the AC electricity power is transformed into AC 36v two-phase and are respectively connected to the two rails. Then the wheel conduct the AC 36v on rail into the electrical appliance box at the bottom of the industrail transfer cars. And then the AC 36v is transformed into DC 36v to control the DC motor. Use this principle to make the transfer cars, stop, go forward and backward, adjust the speed and so on.
1. The latest and the most popular factory handling equipment for the industrial trasnfer cars;
2. The transfer car gets power from rail;
3. Its load 1-500 tons and can be customized;
4. Cast steel wheel with durable and long lifetime for the industrial transfer cars;
5. Box girder type frame which not easy to deformation for the industrial transfer cars;
6. The industrial transfer cars can be applied in the high use frequency;
7. The turning can be realized flexible without cable for the industrial transfer cars.

This series railway guided industrial transfer cars can be widely applied in many fields, such as automobile, steel factory, heavy industry, light industry, machinery, petroleum, metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, engineering, aerospace, coal, nuclear energy, shipyard, water conservancy, etc.
There are four types of transfer cars, each designed for different applications.
They are: Motorless Transfer Car. The transfer cars have casters or crane wheels and are manually moved on smooth to semi-smooth floors or are towed behind lift trucks or behind powered cars mounted on rail. They are an economical alternative to purchasing a second powered car. Winches can also be used to pull carts of this type for on-rail applications. Carts can be sized according to requirements of work areas with space constraints.
On-Rail Type Transfer Carts. The transfer cars are mounted on steel rail for shuttling along a fixed path. They can be AC powered or DC battery powered. Typically used for moving materials such as steel or tanks of liquids from one location to another. Larger cart capacities and sizes are available for specific applications. Custom deck frames can be designed for specific assemblies to carry an entire shift of production and even serve as a stable moveable machine base.
Steerable Type Transfer Cars. The transfer cars have two fixed and two swivel casters and are DC battery powered (optional AC powered). Cars are designed to travel on smooth to semi-smooth level floors. Customization is available for specific applications.
