Diesel winch a self contained single drum, diesel powered winch.The drum is fitted with a foot controlled band brake and is powered by a diesel engine via a torque converter and gear train.
The winch speed is controlled through the engine throttle and two-speed forward and reversing gear lever.

Winch adjustment:
After the winch is installed, it must be checked and adjusted.
1. Open gear transmission with 0.42 mm flank clearance, the contact area along the tooth height is not less than 40%, and the extension tooth length is not less than 50%.
2. Check whether each drive system of the working brake is flexible and reliable, and adjust the gap between the brake shoe and the brake wheel to be not more than 0.7-0.8mm when the brake is loosened.
3, check the safety brake each drive system is flexible and reliable, and adjust the loose brake when the gap between brake shoe and brake wheel is not greater than 1.5mm.
4. Check whether the control device of the service brake and the safety brake is interlocked with the main motor, that is, start the main motor working brake to release the brake, and stop the main motor to brake the service brake, and only the safety brake release the brake to start the main motor.
Winch lubrication:
1. The reducer is lubricated with winter gear oil or saturated cylinder oil. The oil surface should ensure that the worm is completely immersed in the oil. The reducer uses oil once a year.
2. The bearing of the main shaft bearing and the output shaft of the reducer should be replaced or supplemented with the No. 4 calcium base grease regularly, and oil should be changed every two years.
3. Lubricate open gears before driving each time.
4. The remaining parts requiring lubrication should be lubricated before each drive. In particular, the thrust ring between the two gears on the output shaft of the reducer and the shaft sleeve of the movable gear should be filled with lubricating oil.
Winch test run
After the winch is installed, it can be lubricated and lubricated for lubrication points after being inspected and adjusted for confirmation. After the no-load test run, the load is run after being wound and gradually loaded to the rated load. Under the standard voltage, the current does not exceed the rated value, and the motor, reducer and other parts do not generate heat.
