KPX Series transfer carts are battery powered. The steel coil handling can be used both on the “S” and arc-shaped railways. The KPX series are more safe and flexible and running distance is not limited. It has no strict requirement for the construction of the railway. The battery operated transfer cart is suitable to be used in the long distance transportation, and it is a great solution of industry heavy materials handling.
The transfer cart is powered by battery is travelling steady and durable;
Running on the straight railways or on the ‘S’ and arc-shaped railways to carry many material;
The transfer cart can be used in the ferry condition and flammable, explosive environment;

The battery are installed in the carts. The battery supplies electricity to the DC motor through the electrical control system. We use this principle to make the cart start, stop, move forward, move backward, adjust the speed etc.
The battery operated transfer cart is applied to transfer steel ladles or steel scrap ladle in steel factory and meturallgy plant. Generally the load capacity is large, can reach to 150 tons. It is commonly applied in steel plant, mechallurgy industry, aluminum factory, plastic pipes factory, etc. to transfer rounded material, from producing line to store.
